THE YOGA ALIGNMENT (CERTIFIED COURSE)
This course contains 7 master classes of 75 minutes each . Each master class will have a 30 minute tutorial, a 30 min yoga practice and 15 minutes Q&A.
7 DAY COURSE
This seven- day course is suitable for beginner and intermediate students and focuses more deeply on the practice of body alignment through the performance of postures (asana) and breathing exercises (pranayama).
During our workshops we spend time learning the mechanics and energetics of each asana as well as practicing the asanas to learn what the postures feel like from the inside out.
This course will be taught in such a way as to give the body full opportunity to adjust and align in a safe manner. Sunaina Rekhi has been trained to teach proper alignment to build strength and flexibility before she makes you move to more challenging asana. The programme encourages the development of a personal practice in its safe environs. Detailed instructions and adjustments for each individual, help in correcting the postures according to the alignment required.
